Raiyan is a corporate and commercial lawyer who started her career working in an international law firm for four years, where she gained experience in corporate law and advised public and private companies on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance matters.

Throughout her career Raiyan has gained experience in conducting general meetings for Joint Stock Companies in Oman and has advised on a range of commercial contracts, Articles of Association, policies, usufruct agreements, concession agreement, etc.

Raiyan is fluent in Arabic and English.
