Noor Al Khonji

Associate

Noor is an Associate in our Corporate Department and assists the Partners in all work carried out by the Firm that encompass under the corporate umbrella.

Prior to joining S&A, Noor completed her Training at an international law firm and has joined our team at S&A Law as an Associate. Noor is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts in Oman.

Noor primarily handles drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on foreign direct investment, company formation, share transfers and deals with government authorities on a regular basis. Noor is also involved in employment and litigation work and assists the team across all areas. Recently, involved in restructuring major international firm in relation to its Oman operations as well as restructuring and advising family group companies.

Noor has experience with conducting legal research, compiling the relevant laws and regulations and advising clients on how to best achieve their desired outcome whilst compiling with the laws and mitigating risks.

Noor’s clients vary from individuals to multi-national companies in many sectors such as real estate, construction, mining, general trade, etc.

Noor is fluent in Arabic and English.
